• arrange clearance for all vehicles to drive airside
• assist with quick and efficient customs and immigration clearance
• arrange use of VIP terminal if required
• arrange VIP catering/drinks service and requested newspapers/magazines
• ensure discreet, private and secure aircraft turnaround
• any other request from either passengers or crew will be accommodated to the best of our ability
